Common questions.
Do I still need an accountant?
For tax returns, audits and advice, yes. We take care of the day-to-day bookkeeping and admin, so your accountant receives clean, complete records. That usually means lower fees and fewer back-and-forth emails.
What software do I need?
None in particular. We work with whatever you already use for banking, email and invoicing, and set up the rest behind the scenes. There's nothing new for you to learn.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. We use private, EU-based setups wherever possible. Your data is never used to train public AI models, every automated action is logged, and you always own your records.
I'm self-employed. Is this overkill for me?
No, the self-employed often get the most out of it. If you spend even a few hours a month on receipts, invoices and chasing payments, the setup pays for itself quickly.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
Anything unusual is flagged for a person to review, and nothing important is filed or sent without a check. Every action can be traced and corrected.
Do you offer AI courses or training?
No. We don't teach you to do it. We do it for you, and keep it running.
